Mr. Scott Niebuhr

 

Scott Niebuhr is currently the Director of Cyber Engineering at the Aerospace Corporation, providing program protection and cybersecurity engineering support to the United States Space Force, Air Force and other Aerospace customers. As a liaison for Space System Command’s Chief Information Office (CIO), Scott is a technical advisor to the government, leading teams in the areas of architecting, secure software development, test and evaluation, and supply chain risk management. Scott served his active duty enlistment in the United States Air Force in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Central and South America. Scott graduated with a bachelor’s degree from New School University, in New York, New York, and graduated from Capella University with a master’s of science degree in Information Technology, Information Security. He is currently a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
